CTLA4 (Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Antigen 4)는 주로 CD4+ T 세포에서 발현되는 CD28 계열 수용체입니다. CTLA4는 CD28과 동일한 리간드(CD80 및 CD86)에 결합하지만 더 높은 친화도를 가지며, T 세포 기능을 억제하는 역할을 합니다. 또한 조절 T 세포(regulatory T cell) 내에서도 발현되어 그 기능에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
