Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a receptor for interleukin 20 (IL20), a cytokine involved in epidermal function. The IL20 receptor is a heterodimeric complex consisting of this protein and interleukin 20 receptor beta (IL20B). Both genes are highly expressed in skin and are upregulated in Psoriasis.
