Target Information
IL21R 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 interleukin 21 (IL21)의 사이토카인 수용체입니다. Type I cytokine receptor 계열에 속하며, 공통 γ-체인과 이합체를 형성하여 IL2 및 IL5 수용체와 공유됩니다.
이 수용체는 IL21의 성장 촉진 신호를 전달하며 T 세포, B 세포, NK 세포의 증식 및 분화에 중요합니다. 리간드 결합 시 JAK1, JAK3, STAT1, STAT3 등의 신호 분자 활성화를 유도합니다.
마우스 knockout 연구에서 면역글로불린 생산 조절 역할이 제시되었습니다. 세 가지 alternative splicing 전사체가 보고되어 있습니다.
