Target Information
The IL20RA gene encodes a receptor for interleukin 20 (IL20), a cytokine involved in epidermal function. The IL20 receptor is a heterodimeric complex composed of IL20RA and IL20RB. Both genes are highly expressed in skin and are upregulated in psoriasis.
