Target Information
IL20RA 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 인터루킨 20(IL20)의 수용체로 작용하며, 표피 기능에 관여할 수 있습니다. IL20 수용체는 IL20RA와 IL20RB로 이루어진 이형이량체 복합체 형태로 존재합니다. 두 유전자는 피부에서 높은 발현을 보이며, 건선(Psoriasis)에서 발현이 증가하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
