재구성 시, 100 µL 증류수를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도 약 1 mg/mL로 조정하는 것을 권장합니다.
Carrier-free 항체를 결합 실험에 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것이 좋습니다.
Target Information
이 유전자는 patched 유전자군에 속하는 단백질을 암호화하며, Sonic Hedgehog, Desert Hedgehog, Indian Hedgehog 단백질의 수용체로 작용합니다. 이 단백질은 종양 억제 인자로 기능하며, 돌연변이는 기저세포 모반 증후군, 식도 편평세포암, 모낭종, 방광 이행세포암, 전뇌증 등과 관련이 있습니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 다양한 전사체 변형이 존재하며, 일부의 생물학적 유효성은 아직 명확히 규명되지 않았습니다.
