Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CEP55 plays a role in mitotic exit and cytokinesis. It recruits PDCD6IP and TSG101 to the midbody during cytokinesis and is required for successful completion of this process. It is not involved in microtubule nucleation. CEP55 also contributes to brain and kidney development. [UniProt]
