Target Information
TYRO3 (tyrosine-protein kinase receptor TYRO3) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that transduces extracellular matrix signals into the cytoplasm by binding ligands such as TULP1 or GAS6. It regulates processes including cell survival, migration, and differentiation. Ligand binding induces dimerization and autophosphorylation, creating docking sites for downstream signaling molecules. TYRO3 activation is involved in neuron protection, platelet aggregation, signal transduction, cell adhesion, and cytoskeleton reorganization.
