Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PPP1R7 (protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 7, also known as Sds22) is a 360 amino acid nuclear protein containing ten leucine-rich repeats (LRRs). It functions as a regulatory subunit of the PP1 holoenzyme complex, which plays a key role in protein phosphorylation and dephosphorylation processes critical for cell division, homeostasis, and apoptosis. Multiple isoforms exist due to alternative splicing events.
