Target Information
SNAPs (soluble NSF attachment proteins)는 SNAREs (SNAP receptors) 및 N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive fusion protein (NSF)과 함께 작용하여 수송 소포가 표적 막과 융합되도록 돕습니다. 이는 시냅스 전달, 골지체 내 수송, 엔도솜 간 융합 및 세포막으로의 수송 과정에서 필수적입니다.
Vesicle-to-target membrane docking은 소포 SNARE가 표적 SNARE와 결합할 때 발생하며, α-SNAP은 이 복합체에 결합하여 NSF의 결합을 매개하고 20S 융합 입자의 형성을 유도합니다. NSF가 결합된 후 ATP 가수분해를 통해 융합 과정이 시작된다고 알려져 있습니다.
