Target Information
Ran은 핵-세포질 수송에 관여하는 작은 신호 GTPase입니다. 최근 연구에서는 Ran이 방추체 형성과 유사분열 세포의 핵막 재조립에도 관여함이 보고되었습니다. Ras나 Rho와 달리 Ran은 막에 결합하지 않으며, RanGTP와 RanGDP의 국소 농도는 RanGAP 및 RCC1과 같은 보조 단백질의 위치에 의해 조절됩니다. 포유류 RanGAP은 SUMO 단백질이 C-말단에 결합하고, SUMO화된 도메인이 핵공 단백질 Nup358과 결합함으로써 핵공에 부착됩니다.
