Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
The product of this gene is an epsilon subunit of the coatomer protein complex. Coatomer binds dilysine motifs and associates with Golgi non-clathrin-coated vesicles, essential for retrograde Golgi-to-ER transport of dilysine-tagged proteins. The complex includes alpha, beta, beta’, gamma, delta, epsilon, and zeta subunits. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
