For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Cardiac Troponin I (TNNI3) is an inhibitory protein specific to cardiac muscle, forming a complex with troponin C (TnC) and troponin T (TnT). It regulates muscle contraction by controlling the interaction between actin and myosin in response to calcium binding.
Blood levels of TnI and TnT serve as important diagnostic indicators of cardiac injury, distinguishing conditions such as angina and myocardial infarction.
Mutations in the TNNI3 gene are associated with familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy type 7 (CMH7) and familial restrictive cardiomyopathy (RCM).
Cardiac Troponin I has also been shown to inhibit angiogenesis both in vivo and in vitro.
