Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. (Product has been overfilled to ensure complete recovery.)
Centrifuge to remove any particulates. Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
Shelf life: 1 year from date of receipt.
Prepare working dilution prior to use and then discard.
Based on immunoelectrophoresis, no reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin human serum proteins, light chains on all human immunoglobulins, human IgA or IgM, or serum proteins from bovine, mouse, or rabbit.

Target Information

Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins and are useful in the detection, sorting, or purification of their specified targets.
Secondary antibodies provide increased versatility for various detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and greater sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Most secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, followed by purification or modification (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to ensure high specificity.
