Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform another round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene shares significant homology with the adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) protein-binding EB1 gene family. Although the exact function is unknown, this homology suggests a potential role in colorectal cancer tumorigenesis and in the proliferative control of normal cells.
This gene may belong to the intermediate/early gene family involved in TCR signal transduction. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
