Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach approximately 1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The MAPRE2 protein shares significant homology with the adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) protein-binding EB1 gene family. Although its precise function remains unknown, it is suggested to be involved in colorectal cancer tumorigenesis and cell proliferation control. It may belong to the intermediate/early gene family associated with TCR signal transduction.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
