Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the kinesin-like protein family, which are microtubule-dependent molecular motors involved in organelle transport and chromosome movement during cell division. The specific function of KIF25 is not yet determined. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described, and other variants lacking exon 2 and the initiation codon have been reported.
