Product Specific Information
The N418 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD11c (integrin alphaX). CD11c forms a heterodimer with beta2 integrin (CD18), expressed on dendritic cells, subsets of intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes, and some activated T cells. It binds to CD54, iC3b, and fibrinogen, playing a role in leukocyte adhesion.

- Applications Tested: Validated in mouse splenocytes at ≤1.0 µg/test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
- Fluorochrome Info: Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 395 (BUV395), excitation 350 nm, emission 395 nm, for UV (355 nm) laser instruments.
When using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies (e.g., Super Bright™, Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™), use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (SB-4401-42) or Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (00-4409-75) to minimize nonspecific interactions.
