Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human Glypican 2, 3, or 5 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
The glypicans comprise a family of glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored heparan sulfate proteoglycans.
They have been implicated in the control of cell growth and division.
Glypican 6 is a putative cell surface coreceptor for growth factors, extracellular matrix proteins, proteases, and anti-proteases.
