Target Information
VTN은 pexin 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, 혈청 및 조직에서 발견되며 세포 부착과 확산을 촉진하고, 세포막 손상을 유발하는 보체 경로의 말단 세포용해 작용을 억제합니다. 또한 여러 serpin 계열 serine protease 억제제와 결합합니다. 단일 사슬 형태 또는 이황화 결합으로 연결된 절단된 두 사슬 형태로 존재하는 분비 단백질입니다.
