Target Information
CD163 (M130 antigen, Ber-Mac3, Ki-M8, SM4)은 130 kDa 막당단백질로, hemoglobin-haptoglobin 복합체의 수용체 역할을 하는 scavenger receptor cysteine-rich superfamily에 속합니다.
CD163은 자유 헤모글로빈에 의한 산화 손상으로부터 조직을 보호하며, 헤모글로빈/하프토글로빈 복합체의 엔도사이토시스를 통해 철의 흡수 및 재활용에 관여합니다.
CD163은 인간 단핵구 및 대식세포 표면에 특이적으로 발현되며, 염증의 후기 단계에서 주로 발현됩니다. IL-10, IL-6, dexamethasone에 의해 발현이 증가하며, LPS 및 PMA는 CD163의 shedding을 유도합니다.
CD163은 calcium- 및 pH-의존적으로 hemoglobin/haptoglobin 복합체를 결합하며, HP1F phenotype의 multimeric haptoglobin 복합체에 더 높은 친화성을 보입니다. 또한 CD163은 tyrosine kinase-의존적 신호전달 경로를 유도하여 calcium mobilization, inositol triphosphate 생산, IL6 및 CSF1 분비를 유발합니다.
