- Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water.
- After reconstitution, store undiluted at 4ºC in the dark.
- Shelf life after reconstitution: approx. 18 months.
- For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10^6 cells in 100 µL.
- Mouse anti-Pig CD31, clone LCI-4 recognizes porcine CD31 (PECAM-1).
Target Information
CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1) is an inhibitory coreceptor involved in regulation of T cell and B cell signaling through ITIM motifs that recruit protein-tyrosine phosphatases upon phosphorylation.
CD31 is expressed throughout the vascular compartment, mainly at junctions between adjacent cells.
Its N-terminal Ig-like domain mediates homophilic binding, facilitating cell-cell interactions.
CD31 plays roles in:

- Transendothelial migration
- Angiogenesis
- Apoptosis
- Immunoreceptor signaling regulation
- Autoimmunity and thrombosis control
