Target Information
CD103 (ITGAE, Integrin alpha E)는 점막 관련 T 림프구 및 활성화된 세포에서 발현되는 분자로, TGF-β1 세포의 일부에서도 나타납니다.
CD103은 150 kDa α-체인과 120 kDa β-체인으로 구성되며, 말초 혈액 및 림프조직에서 휴지기 림프구의 약 0.5~2%에서 발현됩니다.
또한 골수 세포 일부와 드물게 말초혈액 림프구를 염색합니다.
CD103은 α-체인과 β-체인으로 이루어진 integrin 계열의 이형이량체 막단백질로, β7 integrin과 결합하여 E-cadherin 결합 integrin인 인간 점막 림프구-1 항원을 형성합니다.
CD103은 주로 인간 장내 상피내 림프구(IEL)에 발현되며, 접착 역할뿐 아니라 IEL 활성화의 보조 분자로 작용할 수 있습니다.
CD103 기능 이상은 hairy cell leukemia 및 splenic marginal zone lymphoma와 관련이 있습니다.
