Target Information
CD103 (ITGAE, Integrin alpha E)은 점막 관련 T 림프구 및 활성화된 세포에서 발현되는 분자로, 150 kDa α사슬과 120 kDa β사슬로 구성된 인테그린 패밀리 단백질입니다.
CD103은 말초혈액 및 림프조직의 휴지기 림프구 중 약 0.5~2%에서 발현되며, 골수세포 일부와 드물게 말초혈액 림프구에서도 염색됩니다.
ITGAE 유전자는 세포외 도메인에서 절단되어 이황화결합된 중쇄와 경쇄를 형성하며, β7 인테그린과 결합하여 E-cadherin 결합 인테그린(human mucosal lymphocyte-1 antigen)을 형성합니다.
CD103은 인간 장상피내 림프구(IEL)에 주로 발현되며, 세포 부착뿐 아니라 IEL 활성화의 보조 분자로 작용할 수 있습니다.
CD103 기능 이상은 hairy cell leukemia 및 splenic marginal zone lymphoma와 관련이 있습니다.
