For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MAPK1 (ERK2) is a serine/threonine kinase that acts as an important activator of p90 RSK, MSK, ELK1, and Stat3, and is involved in the MAPK signaling pathway.
MAP kinases (ERKs) serve as integration points for multiple biochemical signals and regulate diverse cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription, and development.
Activation of MAPK1 requires phosphorylation by upstream kinases, after which it translocates to the nucleus to phosphorylate nuclear targets.
