- In sandwich ELISAs, less than 0.1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human CD25/IL-2 R alpha is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.

CD25 (IL2 receptor alpha chain/IL2RA)는 T 및 B 림프구의 증식에 관여하는 사이토카인 수용체입니다. IL2RA는 IL2RB 및 IL2RG와 함께 고친화성 IL2 수용체 복합체를 형성합니다.
IL2는 성숙한 T 세포에서 주로 발현되며, B 세포 증식, 자연살해세포 활성 증진, 그리고 과립구-대식세포 콜로니 형성 억제에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
유사 유전자의 결손은 마우스에서 궤양성 대장염 유사 질환을 유발하며, 이는 항원 자극에 대한 면역 반응 조절과 관련이 있습니다.
IL2RA 유전자의 돌연변이는 interleukin 2 receptor alpha deficiency와 관련이 있습니다.
