The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
The RNF7 protein is a highly conserved ring finger protein, an essential subunit of SKP1-cullin/CDC53-F box protein ubiquitin ligases involved in protein degradation, cell cycle progression, and signal transduction. It interacts with casein kinase II (CSNK2A1/CKII), and phosphorylation promotes degradation of IkappaBalpha and p27Kip1. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
