Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The function of the SETD5 gene has not yet been fully determined, but mutations in this gene have been associated with autosomal dominant mental retardation-23. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
