Product Specific Information
- 재구성을 위해 멸균 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도 약 1 mg/mL로 조제하는 것을 권장합니다.
- 결합 실험용으로 carrier-free 항체를 사용할 경우, 추가 제염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것이 좋습니다.

Transaldolase 1은 비산화적 펜토스 인산 경로의 주요 효소로, 핵산 합성을 위한 리보스-5-인산과 지질 생합성을 위한 NADPH를 제공합니다. 이 경로는 또한 글루타티온을 환원 상태로 유지하여 산화 스트레스로부터 세포를 보호합니다.
TALDO1 유전자는 염색체 11에 위치하며, 염색체 1에도 유사유전자가 존재합니다. 본 유전자는 다발성경화증 등과 관련된 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
