Target Information
Skp2 (S-phase Kinase-associated Protein 2)는 Cyclin A-Cdk2 복합체와 상호작용하는 F-box 단백질 계열에 속합니다. Skp2는 G1-S 전이에 필수적이며, p27의 유비퀴틴화 및 분해를 조절합니다. 정상 조직에서는 편도 및 태반에서 발현되고, 다양한 종양 조직(대장, 전립선, 췌장, 피부, 폐, 유방, 난소, 자궁내막암 등)에서 높은 수준으로 발현됩니다. 연구 결과 Skp2는 림프종 및 유방암 병인에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
