Target Information
NFkB transcription factor is a protein complex composed of a DNA-binding subunit and an associated protein. The p50 subunit originates from the amino-terminus of a precursor p105, while an alternative subunit p52 is derived from p100. p52 acts synergistically with p65 to stimulate the HIV enhancer in Jurkat cells.
