Target Information
HOPX는 DNA 결합을 하지 않는 비정형 홈도메인 단백질로, 심장 성장과 발달 조절에 필수적입니다. SRF와 상호작용하여 SRF 의존적 심장 특이 유전자 발현을 조절하며, SRF 결합 억제 또는 히스톤 탈아세틸화효소(HDAC) 단백질을 모집하여 전사를 억제합니다. HOPX 과발현은 심근비대증을 유발할 수 있으며 종양 억제 인자로 작용할 가능성이 있습니다.
