Target Information
TNFR1 (Tumor necrosis factor receptor 1)는 TNF-α 수용체 중 하나로, TNF 슈퍼패밀리에 속합니다. TNFR1은 사이토카인 매개 신호전달, NF-κB 경로의 양성 조절, 혈관형성의 양성 조절, 유전자 발현의 음성 조절 등에 중요한 역할을 합니다. TNFR1의 세포외 도메인은 용해성 형태(sTNFR1)로 혈액 순환계로 방출되며, 인간에서는 TNFR1 유전자가 12번 염색체에 위치합니다. 항-아폽토시스 단백질 BAG4/SODD 및 어댑터 단백질 TRADD, TRAF2는 TNFR1과 상호작용하여 수용체 매개 신호전달을 조절합니다. TNFR1의 세포외 도메인 생식세포 변이는 상염색체 우성 주기적 발열 증후군과 관련이 있으며, 수용체 제거 장애가 질병의 기전으로 추정됩니다.
