Target Information

DYKDDDDK tag (also known as FLAG tag) is a short peptide sequence commonly used for protein purification, detection, and localization.
It consists of eight amino acids: Asp–Tyr–Lys–Asp–Asp–Asp–Asp–Lys.
The tag can be fused to either the N- or C-terminus of a protein, enabling easy identification and isolation using anti-FLAG antibodies.
Widely utilized in molecular biology and biochemistry, the FLAG tag supports applications such as:
