- Immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris / 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 열처리 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
Placental Alkaline Phosphatase (PLAP)는 특정 염증성 질환의 조절에 중요한 역할을 하는 효소입니다.
이 효소는 intestinal, placental, placental-like, liver/bone/kidney 등 네 가지 형태로 존재하며, PLAP는 임신 3기 태반에서 발현되는 막 결합형 아이소엔자임(Regan 및 Nagao type)입니다.
PLAP는 고환 생식세포 종양의 식별에 유용하며, PLAP 양성 체세포 종양은 일반적으로 Epithelial Membrane Antigen (EMA)을 발현합니다.
또한 PLAP는 기질 무기화(matrix mineralization)에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
기능적 효소가 결여된 마우스는 정상적인 골격 발달을 보이지만, 인간에서는 hypophosphatasia와 관련이 있으며, 이 질환은 고칼슘혈증과 골격 이상을 특징으로 합니다.
증상의 정도와 발병 시기는 돌연변이 유형에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
