Target Information
CD10 (Common Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Antigen, CALLA)는 중성 금속 엔도펩티다아제 활성을 가진 세포 표면 효소로, 다양한 생리활성 펩타이드를 불활성화합니다.
CD10은 림프모구성, 버킷, 여포성 생식 중심 림프종 세포, 성인 골수 내 미성숙 B 세포, 만성 골수성 백혈병(CML) 환자의 세포에서 발현됩니다. 또한 유방 근상피세포, 담관, 섬유아세포, 신장 및 장 상피 세포의 브러시 보더에서 높은 수준으로 발현됩니다.
CD10은 100 kDa 크기의 type II transmembrane 당단백질로, 단일 유전자 복제본(>45 kb)에 의해 암호화됩니다. 5' 비번역 영역은 대체 스플라이싱되어 네 가지 mRNA 전사체를 생성하지만, 코딩 영역은 영향을 받지 않습니다.
CD10 기능 이상은 spinocerebellar ataxia 43 및 Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease와 관련이 있습니다.
