This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. Antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates.

Target Information
ING5 is similar to ING1, a tumor suppressor protein that interacts with TP53, inhibits cell growth, and induces apoptosis. It contains a PHD-finger motif, common in chromatin remodeling proteins. ING5 can bind TP53 and EP300/p300, components of the histone acetyltransferase complex, suggesting its role in TP53-dependent regulatory pathways.
