Target Information
CXCR2는 interleukin-8 (IL-8)의 수용체로, 강력한 호중구 화학유인 인자로 작용합니다. GPCR 계열에 속하며, IL-8 결합 시 G-단백질을 통해 phosphatidylinositol-calcium 2차 전달체 시스템을 활성화하여 호중구를 활성화시킵니다. IL-8, GRO/MGSA, NAP-2에 높은 친화도로 결합하며, 다양한 조직에서 발현이 보고되었습니다. 인간 태반 및 흉선 라이브러리에서 EST가 분리되었습니다.
