Target Information
CD68 (Macrosialin)은 110 kDa의 막관통 당단백질로, 주로 단핵구와 대식세포의 세포내 리소좀에 발현되며, 일부 수지상세포와 말초 혈액 과립구에서도 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다.
CD68은 대식세포의 포식활동, 리소좀 대사, 세포 간 및 세포-병원체 상호작용에 관여할 수 있습니다. 편도선의 수지상세포, 일부 조직구성 림프종, 급성 골수성 백혈병(AML), 과립세포 육종 등에서 발현이 보고되었습니다.
또한, CD34+ 세포에서의 CD68 발현 증가는 다양한 인간 악성종양, 특히 AML 관련 연구에서 관찰되었습니다.
