Target Information
CD80 (B7-1)과 CD86 (B7-2)는 T 세포의 공동자극 분자인 CD28 및 억제 수용체 CTLA-4 (CD152)의 리간드입니다. 두 B7 분자는 항원제시세포(APC)에 발현되며 T 세포 활성화에 필수적입니다. CD80은 활성화된 B 세포, EBV 변형 B 세포주, 버킷 림프종 세포주, 여포성 B 림프종 세포, T 세포, 단핵구 등에서 빠르게 유도됩니다. B7-1 항원은 CD28 및 CTLA4와 결합하여 T 림프구의 조절 신호를 제공합니다. CD80 기능 이상은 담낭 편평상피암 및 심근염과 관련이 있습니다.
