Target Information
TPT1 (translationally controlled tumor protein 1)은 TCTP family에 속하는 23 kDa 칼슘 결합 단백질입니다. 세포질에 위치하며 널리 발현됩니다. 전사 활성화, 칼슘 수송, 히스타민 유도, 항아폽토시스 caspase-3 억제 등 다양한 생물학적 기능을 수행합니다. 또한 TPT1은 히스타민, IL-4, IL-13 분비를 유도하고, 호산구에서 IL-8 분비 및 칼슘 반응을 일으키는 사이토카인 유사 분자로 알려져 있습니다. 알레르기 질환 및 알츠하이머병, 다운증후군과 같은 신경퇴행성 질환에도 관여하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
