For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

FBXO21 encodes an F-box protein characterized by an approximately 40 amino acid F-box motif.
F-box proteins form part of the SCF (SKP1-cullin-F-box) ubiquitin ligase complex, functioning in phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination.
F-box proteins are categorized into three classes:

• Fbws: containing WD-40 domains
• Fbls: containing leucine-rich repeats
• Fbxs: containing other protein-protein interaction modules or no recognizable motifs

FBXO21 belongs to the Fbxs class. Alternative splicing generates two transcript variants.
