Target Information
Type-VI intermediate filament (IF)으로서 근육 세포의 세포골격 내에서 중요한 구조적 역할을 수행합니다. Desmin 및 Vimentin과 이종 중합체를 형성하며, alpha-dystrobrevin, dystrophin, talin-1, utrophin, vinculin 등의 세포골격 단백질과 상호작용하여 costameres, neuromuscular junctions, myotendinous junctions 등의 adherens-type junctions에 연결됩니다.
