CSTF2는 세포 내 pre-mRNA의 polyadenylation 및 3' 말단 절단에 관여하는 cleavage stimulation factor 복합체(CSTF)의 구성 단백질 중 하나입니다. CSTF2는 RNA 결합 도메인을 포함하며, B 세포 활성화 시 IgM 중쇄 mRNA가 막 결합형에서 분비형으로 전환될 때 발현이 증가합니다.
