Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.
- For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below.
- Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
- Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
- Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute only prior to immediate use.
This Cybr antibody is directed against mouse Cybr. BLAST analysis suggests cross-reactivity with Cybr from mouse and rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Reactivity against homologues from other species is not known.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene contains two leucine zipper domains and a putative C-terminal nuclear targeting signal, but lacks hydrophobic regions. It is weakly expressed in resting NK and T cells. The encoded protein modulates activation of ARF genes by CYTH1, interacts with CYTH1 and SNX27 proteins, and may act to sequester CYTH1 in the cytoplasm.
