Target Information
Fibronectin은 230–250 kDa의 이황화 결합된 이합체 단백질로, 여러 결합조직과 혈관의 세포외기질에서 불용성 형태로 존재하며, 사슬 간 이황화 결합으로 고분자 중합체를 형성합니다. 배아 발생과 조직 재형성 동안 가장 풍부하며, 혈장에서 용해성 단백질로도 존재합니다. Fibronectin은 반복 모듈로 구성되어 있으며, 세포 수용체(예: integrin) 및 다른 기질 성분(예: collagen, heparin)과 상호작용하는 도메인을 형성합니다. 세포 부착 및 이동, 상처 치유, 혈액 응고, 숙주 방어, 전이 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에 관여합니다. 또한 폐암을 포함한 여러 암종에서 발현이 증가하며, 세포 부착을 통해 종양 형성 및 항암제 내성과 관련이 있습니다. Fibronectin 유전자는 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 약 20가지 전사 변이체를 생성할 수 있습니다.
