Target Information
Fibronectin은 230–250 kDa의 분자량을 가지는 이황화 결합된 이합체 단백질입니다. 여러 결합조직과 혈관의 세포외기질에서 불용성 형태로 존재하며, 이황화 결합에 의해 고분자 중합체를 형성합니다.
배아 발생과 조직 재형성 과정에서 가장 풍부하며, 혈장 내에서는 용해성 단백질로 높은 농도로 존재합니다.
Fibronectin은 반복 모듈 구조를 통해 자체 결합, 콜라겐 및 헤파린 등 기질 성분, 그리고 세포 표면 수용체(예: 인테그린)와 상호작용하는 도메인을 형성합니다.
세포 부착 및 이동(배아 발생, 상처 치유, 혈액 응고, 면역 방어, 전이 등)에 관여하며, 특히 비소세포 폐암(NSCLC)에서 발현이 증가되어 있습니다.
Fibronectin 유전자는 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 약 20종의 전사 변이체를 생성할 수 있습니다.
