Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10 mM Tris와 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
VISTA (V-domain Ig containing suppressor of T-cell activation), 또한 B7-H5 또는 PD-1H로 알려진 단백질은 VSIR 유전자의 산물입니다.
VISTA는 PD-L1과 서열 상 유사하지만 발현 패턴이 다릅니다.
사람과 생쥐 모두에서 VISTA는 주로 조혈세포에서 발현되며, 특히 골수계 세포에서 높고 T 세포에서 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다. B 세포에서는 거의 발현되지 않습니다.
항원제시세포(APC)가 발현하는 VISTA는 CD4 및 CD8 T 세포의 증식과 사이토카인 생성을 직접 억제하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 암 면역치료의 표적이 되고 있습니다.
보고된 VISTA의 리간드는 CD28H, VSIG-3, VSIG-8입니다.
