SN6 단일클론 항체는 인간 CD105(Endoglin)을 인식합니다. CD105는 약 90 kDa의 이황화 결합된 호모다이머 형태로, 혈관 내피세포 및 일부 골수세포, 활성화된 대식세포에서 발현됩니다. 세포 부착 및 배아 혈관형성에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.

Super Bright 645는 자외선 레이저(405 nm)로 여기되고 645 nm에서 방출되는 탠덤 형광체입니다. 660/20 bandpass 필터 사용을 권장합니다.
두 개 이상의 Super Bright 염료 결합 항체를 사용할 경우, 비특이적 중합체 상호작용을 최소화하기 위해 Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) 사용을 권장합니다.
Light Sensitivity: 형광체는 광산화에 민감하므로 시약 및 염색된 샘플을 빛으로부터 보호하십시오.
Fixation: 샘플은 IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222) 또는 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333)을 사용하여 4°C, 암조건에서 최대 3일간 보관 가능.

CD105(Endoglin)은 인간 혈관 내피세포에서 고도로 발현되는 Type I 막단백질입니다. O- 및 N-당화된 호모다이머 형태로 존재하며, 종양 혈관 및 증식 세포에서 발현이 증가합니다. TGF-β1 및 TGF-β3에 높은 친화도로 결합하나 TGF-β2에는 결합하지 않습니다.
