Product Specific Information

  • Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed) 시, 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
  • 포르말린 고정 조직 염색은 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 과정이 필요합니다.

Target Information

VISTA (V-domain Ig containing suppressor of T-cell activation), 또는 B7-H5, PD-1H로도 알려진 단백질은 VSIR 유전자의 산물입니다.
VISTA는 PD-L1과 서열 상 유사성을 가지지만 발현 패턴이 다릅니다.
인간과 마우스 모두에서 VISTA는 주로 조혈 세포에서 발현되며, 특히 골수세포(myeloid cell)에서 높고 T 세포에서는 낮으며, B 세포에서는 거의 발현되지 않습니다.
항원제시세포에서 발현된 VISTA는 CD4 및 CD8 T 세포의 증식과 사이토카인 생성을 직접 억제하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 암 면역치료의 잠재적 표적입니다.
보고된 VISTA의 리간드로는 CD28H, VSIG-3 및 VSIG-8이 있습니다.
